Information used by the beta
- account and authentication information, including your email address and sign-in-provider data;
- profile information you choose to provide, such as a display name, seller bio, TradingView username, and avatar;
- support messages and the information you include in them;
- technical and security information needed to deliver, diagnose, and protect the service;
- test marketplace records used to validate beta workflows.
Why it is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide profile and beta marketplace features, answer support requests, protect the service, diagnose faults, and test authorised workflows. SignalMarket does not sell personal information.
Service providers and payments
The beta relies on service infrastructure including Supabase for account and application data and Cloudflare for site delivery. GitHub supports source-code and deployment workflows. These providers may process technical information needed to operate their services under their own terms.
Stripe processes payments and payment-related identifiers for SignalMarket. Card details are entered on Stripe Checkout and are not stored by SignalMarket.
Retention and choices
No universal retention period is stated for every data category. Retention depends on the feature, security needs, and any applicable obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your account by emailing the contact above. A request may require identity verification and may be limited where information must be kept for security or legal reasons.
