Refund requests
Real payments are processed through Stripe. To request a refund, contact SignalMarket with the email used for the purchase and the order reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or other secrets by email.
Access not delivered
If TradingView access is not provided within 72 hours after payment, the initial charge must be fully refunded. For subscriptions, future renewals must also be cancelled.

Consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other mandatory rights that apply under consumer law. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing time may vary.
